Batteries. What are they and what types are out there to many money off of? Many people asking about the household batteries, also known as alkaline batteries, and if they are worth money. The answer is relatively simple…not that we know of. Some items actually cost money to get rid of and alkaline batteries are one of them. You have to pay to get rid of some newer absolyte and lithium ion batteries as well. You can find that type in your drills or in larger backup power systems.
The type of easier batteries to scrap are lead-acid batteries. These batteries are the most common for scrap purposes and can be found in an array of items. From cars and trucks to backup power systems, these batteries will be your easiest and most efficient way to cash in and to make money from any type of batteries.
