Weekly What’s Update: Large Drop, Small Rebound in December

Hey iScrappers!

The last month of 2014 is already here and we still have a turkey hangover from last week! The markets took an unexpected large hit in the last week , with copper dropping close to 20 cents per lb.

We saw a small rebound, but we know that the markets have dropped a bit and that is leaving many people scared about material that they may be holding. We are reading reports that as the oil and gas prices fall that commodity prices may follow, so stay tuned and we will get you a little more information next week.

Steel prices have not changed over the last week, but we are still reading reports that prices may be dropping again the first month of 2015.

Until next week iScrappers…scrap ya later!
